They are found all over Mexico, come in a variety of shapes, sizes and colours, but the one thing they all have in common is their incessant barking which usually escalates at night. The Roof Dog in the photo must be a visiting dog from another country because you said he is quiet. <BR/>Have you heard the Mexican Roosters yet that crow at any time of day or night? <BR/>If you can find it, you must try a dish with mole negro (sauce) - it's delicious and our favourite.
